We are currently looking for a communicative, positive, and proactive professional to join our team as Category manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to drive sales, profitability and market share growth.
• Manage product assortment, pricing, promotions and category performance across assigned categories.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead category reviews and make data-driven recommendations based on sales, margin and performance indicators.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and build strategic partnerships with suppliers and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and implement promotional plans, merchandising standards and pharmacy layout initiatives.
• Introduce new products, category innovations and private label opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Pharmacy Operations teams to ensure successful category execution.
• Prepare business analyses, forecasts and performance reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Category Management, Product Management, Brand Management, Retail or Commercial roles.
• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG or retail environments is a must.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into business actions.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiations and stakeholder management.
• Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and strong business acumen.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
